This is because the housing industry has a substantial advantage. You can imagine if that got very big turnover. That was caused by rapid home sales and consumer needs are higher. If we take an example, in particular developing countries, the housing industry has good prospects. This is due to several factors. The first factor is consumer demand. In developing countries, the population was growing in more and more, this makes the need for housing increases.
